Refund Policy
Last updated · June 3, 2026
We believe in the Protocol enough to back it with a 30-day guarantee. This page explains exactly how that works, what it does not cover, and how we protect ourselves from abuse.
1. The 30-Day Guarantee
If for any reason the Protocol does not deliver value within 30 days of delivery, email us within that window and we will refund your full purchase price. You keep the Protocol document. We do not require you to explain, justify, or apologize. No forms, no five-step “are you sure” gauntlets.
This is the standard refund we honor without question.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@myresetprotocol.com from the email address you used at purchase. Include:
- “Refund Request” in the subject line
- The order ID or Plan ID from your delivery email
- Your name (as it appears on your order)
That is all we require. We will respond within 48 hours and process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Bank settlement times vary by provider (typically 3 to 10 business days after we process).
3. The 30-Day Window
The 30-day window starts on the date your Protocol is delivered to you by email, not the date of purchase. If the Protocol is delivered late through our fault, the window starts when you actually receive it. If you cannot find your delivery email, contact us and we will look up the delivery date.
4. What Is Covered
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- You are dissatisfied with the Protocol for any reason
- The Protocol does not match what we described on the Site
- You experience a change in circumstances that makes the Protocol no longer useful
- You simply changed your mind
5. What Is Not Covered
We reserve the right to deny a refund in cases of clear abuse or fraud, including but not limited to:
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery, except where required by applicable consumer protection law
- Multiple purchases under different identities, email addresses, or payment methods (with refunds requested for all but one)
- Use of fraudulent payment methods
- Chargebacks filed with your payment provider without first requesting a refund from us in writing (we treat these as breach of these Terms and may pursue recovery of the disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees)
- Refund requests accompanied by reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the Protocol or any portion of it
- Patterns of refund requests consistent with serial-refund behavior (multiple purchases-then-refunds across our product or other digital products)
- Use of the Protocol’s content to build, train, or distribute a competing product, with the original buyer then requesting a refund
If we deny a refund request, we will tell you the specific reason in writing. We make these decisions in our sole discretion in good faith.
6. Safety-Triggered Refunds
If your intake responses trigger our safety gates (e.g., age under 18, active suicidality, or other conditions described in our Terms of Service), we may issue an automatic full refund and decline to deliver the Protocol. In such cases:
- The refund is processed within 48 hours of the safety gate firing
- You will receive a separate email explaining the decision
- We will recommend appropriate resources where possible
- No further action is required from you
You agree not to dispute or challenge these safety-triggered refund decisions.
7. You Keep the Document
If you request and receive a refund, you may keep the Protocol document. We do not ask you to delete it or send it back. We can offer this because we know what we built — and because we believe goodwill outweighs the small cost of letting a refunded buyer keep what they have.
Important note: Keeping the Protocol does not give you a license to redistribute, resell, share, or use the content for any commercial purpose. The intellectual property terms in our Terms of Service continue to apply. If you redistribute a Protocol for which you have received a refund, you are in material breach of these Terms.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly prefer that you request a refund from us directly rather than filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks impose direct costs on us (typically $15-25 per dispute regardless of outcome) and may threaten our ability to continue accepting payments.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we may:
- Treat the chargeback as a material breach of these Terms
- Dispute the chargeback with documentation of the transaction
- Pursue collection of the original amount plus any chargeback fees
- Refuse future purchases from you
- Revoke any license to use the Protocol you previously received
If you have a problem with your purchase, please give us a chance to fix it before involving your bank.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger refund rights than this policy, those rights apply.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the change date; purchases made before the change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
